Check all reading glasses when you first receive them.
If there is a problem, let us know via email as soon as you can (within 30 days).
We will replace any defective items, we ask you to send a digital picture of the defect to email@example.com. Placing your order means that you agree to our policies.
We do not charge another shipping charge when we replace or exchange glasses.
If you want to exchange a pair of reading glasses for other glasses, you can return them in their original condition for exchange. Return them to: 4readers.com, PO Box 3463, Teaneck, NJ 07666.
You can exchange any merchandise that is returned in original condition for other merchandise.
You can return merchandise in original condition, within 30 days for a full credit of the items (sorry, we cannot refund shipping). Bottom line is that we will resolve any issue to your satisfaction. Our return policy does not apply to discontinued items.
