Return Policy

We ask that you inspect all glasses when you receive them, and make us aware of the problem as soon as you get them.  Write us at sales@4readers.com

If you receive a damaged or defective pair of reading glasses, we will promptly replace them at no charge. We do not charge for return shipping.  We ask, if possible, that you take a picture of the defect, and email that picture to us, so we can get a better idea as to what the defect is, how it might have occurred,  and how to possibly avoid future similar problems.

Within the 30 day guarantee period, if you want to exchange a pair of reading glasses for other glasses, you can return them in their original condition for exchange. Return them to: 4readers.com, PO Box 3463, Teaneck, NJ 07666.  

If you want to return them for credit, send them back in their original condition, within 30 days of your order, and you will be credited the cost of the returned glasses. Sorry but we cannot refund shipping and handling costs.

In any even, if you have any questions or problems, contact us, and we will do what we can to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

This policy does not apply to discontinued models or other special items where noted.
